Two Club Members Fly Young Eagles at ORL

   Tom Wallace and Alan Hoffberg participated in EAA's Young Eagle Program on Saturday, March 19, 2011, at Orlando Executive Airport (ORL). Because Alan preflighted the aircraft the evening before, upon arriving at the hangar early Saturday morning, they checked and adjusted the tire pressures, and departed for ORL at 8:05 with Tom at the controls. June Pancake Breakfast

   A few members, past and present, attended the Third Saturday Pancake Breakfast held at Falcon Flight, sponsored by owner Vic Johnson. A minimum of 50 people arrive between the hours of 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. to enjoy the delicious pancakes, accompanied by sausage and/or bacon, juice, coffee, and other beverages. . . .

Fly-In to Cedar Key

   Almost 30 persons flew in seven aircraft into Cedar Key on Saturday, June 24, to site see, have lunch, and have great conversation.
